3 Redbox Rentals for $1

Troubling Finding the Motrin Pm at Wags this Week?

Me too!! Wasn't too happy about it since I would use this product a lot. I was hoping to get 6 of them in total (from 3 stores). I went to 4 different stores and none of them had any (went on Sunday even). But with that wonderful $6 off 2 coupon you can score another good deal (no Register Rewards though). You can buy 2 Tylenol Precise products for $5.98 which translates to free! They are sale this week at Wags for $4 off and if you buy more than one it gets even cheaper. They are on sale for $3.99 each but then you buy 2 because of the coupon so then Walgreens takes off another $2 which translates to $2.99 each which equals $5.98. And since your coupon is for $6 off that means free!!

I went to 2 different Walgreens this morning and did this transaction at each one:

2 Tylenol Precise Pain Patches
2 Tylenol Precise Cream
1 Baby Magic

I paid $3.17 after coupons and taxes each time. I also got back $3 Register Reward for the Baby Magic each time.

Altogether I got the following for $6.34:

4 Tylenol Pain Patches
4 Tylenol Precise Creams
2 Baby Magics

And I received (2) $3 Register Rewards.

It's Back!! 3 RedBox Codes for $1

1TB Internal Hard Drive for $49.99 Shipped!!!

Oh my goodness this is a very good deal! That is a lot of space I really think you would have a hard time filling it up.

I actually not that long ago (December) bought a 1 TB external hard drive for $69.99 with a $20 rebate (still waiting on the rebate). But I went ahead and ordered this internal one today. This way my actual computer will not fill up and I can use my external one as a backup.

Here is my order (I think I did rather well):

Shipping Method: FREE Super Saver Shipping
Shipping Preference: Group my items into as few shipments as possible
Subtotal of Items: $65.86
Shipping & Handling: $7.94
Super Saver Discount: -$7.94
------
Total: $65.86
Gift Cards: -$32.48 (these are from Swagbucks and from a Groupon deal)
------
Total for this Order: $33.38

1 "SATA Data Cable (2pk.)"
$2.89
Sold by: Aleratec, Inc.

2 "Kingston 4 GB Class 4 SDHC Flash Memory Card SD4/4GBET"
Electronics; $6.49
Sold by: Amazon.com, LLC

1 "Hitachi Deskstar 3.5 Inch 1 TB 7200 RPM SATA II 32 MB Cache Internal Hard Drive 0S02860"
Electronics; $49.99
Sold by: Amazon.com, LLC

Order #2 : UnitedIntegral
Shipping Method: Standard
Shipping Preference: Group my items into as few shipments as possible
Subtotal of Items: $2.52
Shipping & Handling: $0.00
------
Total: $2.52
Gift Cards: -$2.52 (again part of my Swagbucks gift cards)
------
Total for this Order: $0.00

1 "StarTech.com 18IN SATA HARD DRIVE CABLE ( SATA18RA1 )"
Electronics; $2.52
Sold by: UnitedIntegral

I paid $33.38 for the following items:
1 TB hard drive
(2) 4GB memory cards (good for my camera and various camcorders)
2 pack of data cables
hard drive cable

Again Swagbucks helped me out a lot to lower my total. For 450 swagbucks you can cash out for a $5 Amazon gift card. This is what I do every time I have 450 swabucks I cash out (it takes about a week or two until you get your code). Then when I get the code I log into my Amazon account and add it to a giftcard and then wait until I need to buy something.

Now I will just have to figure out how to install this hard drive. Luckily there are plenty of online resources available to help me out.

I am not sure how long the price will stay at $49.99 so if you are in the market for a new hard drive you might want to check this out!

Target Gift Card Deal

Buy any 7 frozen items in the store and get a $5 gift card. There are plenty of cheap items to buy for this deal. Some folks are able to buy items that come up to less than $5 and still get the gift card others are unable (sometimes your items have to come up to at least as much as the gift card).

Here are some cheap items I noticed :

Banquet Pot Pies and Fruit Pies (I think 67 cents?)
Michelina's $1.02
Tiny Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream $1.25?
Frozen Juices ?
Tiny Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream 99 cents

I went yesterday and bought 14 frozen items (got 2- $5gcs) and then went back today and bought 21 more frozen items (got back 3-$5 gcs). Now we are more than stocked up on frozen items and I have $25 in Target gift cards.

Not all Target locations are doing this some are offering a shopping bag instead. You can check online at Target.com to see if your local Target is offering this deal.

Remember to use your coupons to get an even better deal!!! Go here to print some coupons for this deal.

Free 8x10 Collage Photo Poster Today Only!

Go to Walgreens.com and use code : FREE 8X10 COLLAGE PRINT_DEAL . This is part of their 7 day photo deals and this will be free as long as you choose in store pick up. If you decide to have it shipped to you then you will need to pay for shipping.

These make great gifts for grandparents! I take advantage of this deal every time they have it. You can't beat free!!

This time around I did one of drawings that my son did (I first took photos of them). I made a book about a month of ago of his drawings and it turned out so cute!

Spring Cleaning and Identity Theft

If you are like me you have tons of papers laying around your house with personal information on them. Papers that you have no use for but fear someone else getting their hands on them. I will admit I do not own a paper shredder. I want one badly but have yet to get around to purchasing one (I will admit I am cheap and have yet to find one that I am willing to pay for). If money were no issue for me I would buy the best one that I could find. I recycle every piece of paper that I can (that does not have my personal info on it) but have so much paper at home that I desperately need to shred. I sometimes will tear up the papers into very small pieces and then throw them in the trash but I feel super guilty since I am not recycling them. I actually just about 10 minutes ago took out 2 small boxes of papers to get recycled and put them in my truck. But I have so much more that I would love to recycle.

I personally just found out about this shredder : Fellowes P-12C Paper Shredder and I am telling you I want one badly! It shreds a piece of paper into almost 399 pieces!! Identity thieves take that! It also uses cross cut action to shred your papers, credit cards, staples (yes, staples)and paper clips (in case you forget to take them off). Wow, talk about a super duper shredder. It also has SafeSense technology that disables the shredder if something comes to close to the paper shredding opening (this is great if you have kids or pets). It retails at $89.99 so it is kind of pricey but I won't lie I will be shopping around for one of these bad boys.

This is one of those stores that you go through their link to whatever shopping site you choose and then you get cash back on your purchase. They also have coupon codes available on their site to help you spend less. I have been using them a lot since I signed up and have already had 2 checks sent to me. Walgreens 6 Snickers for Less Than a $1.50!

Right now Walgreens has Mars candy bars on sale for .49 cents each (limit of 6). There was also a BOGO coupon for the new Peanut Butter Snickers in a recent Sunday coupon insert (01/23 Red Plum). So get 6 candy bars and use 3 of the coupons and you will only pay $1.47! That equals about 25 cents a candy bar!! Remember when candy bars were only a quarter! I do!

This would be a good time to stock up for Valentine's Day and Easter.

The coupon works for some other flavors also (don't have a coupon in front of me to tell you which ones though!).

Todays 2 Walgreens Trips

This is what I bought during my 2 Wags stock up trips.

1st Trip

3 Garnier Hair Dyes @ $5 each = $15
3 Walgreens Tin Foil @ .69 cents each (with in ad coupon) = $2.07

Total before taxes and coupons = $17.07
Coupons I used:
$6RR from a previous purchase
(3) $3 off Garnier coupons (print your coupons here)

New total after coupons and taxes = $3.26
I also received $5RRs back from buying the Garnier.

2nd Trip

3 Garnier Hair Dyes @ $5 each = $15
2 Kleenex @$1.09 each (with in ad coupon) = $2.18
2 Walgreens Tin Foil @ .69 cents each (with in ad coupon) = $1.38

Total before coupons and taxes = $18.56
Coupons I used :
$6RR
(3) $3 off Garnier coupons (print your coupons here)
$2 off Kleenex coupon (this was a catalina that came out after making some purchase at Wags a week or so ago)

New total after taxes and coupons =$2.86
I also received another $5RR from purchasing the Garnier.

So for $6.12 I got the following:
6 boxes of hair dye
5 boxes of tin foil
2 boxes of Kleenex

I also have $10 in Register Rewards to use the next time I shop at Walgreens! Which means I made a profit of $3.88 with these purchases.

I will now (hopefully) have enough hair dye and tin foil to last at least 6 months. I am not sure how fast I go through tin foil so we will see it may end up lasting a lot longer.

Reminder Good Deal on Hair Dye This Sunday at Walgreens

I see a really good deal on hair dye this coming week! Garnier buy $15 worth and get $5RRs back. The hair dye is on sale for $5 so buy 3 of them and use (3) $3 off coupons which you can print from here if you do not have them from previous Sunday coupon inserts. So you will pay $6 plus tax for 3 boxes of hair dye and get back $5RRs for future use at Walgreens.

I plan to do this 2x and also use a $6RR to make it even cheaper! Of course I will have to buy a filler to make the coupon to item ratio even. I will then be stocked up on hair dye for a good while. I am very happy and excited about this sale. :)

Any Travel Plans for Alaska?

I have always wanted to go on a cruise to Alaska. Maybe one day. Right now you can get an Official State Guide all about Alaska sent to you for free. This could possibly help maybe with a school report or something? I remember when I was younger I used some of these to help with reports and stuff.

Have You Done Your Taxes Yet?

I just did mine using Turbo Tax which I have been using for the past 4 years or so. It is so easy to use. I don't think it could be simplier! I have used it ever since they got rid of Telefile. Remember that? I loved that and then it was gone. Oh well, Turbo Tax is actually easier since you don't even have to get a tax form from the library.

Alice In Wonderland Combo Pack at Target etc. for $9.99

Best Buy has it for $19.99 you can either just use the coupon there or price match at Target. Not sure of Walmart's price but I believe they also price match (if need be).

Target has the Blu Ray Combo Pack for $22.99 but here is how to get it for $9.99! Remember even if you do not have a Blu Ray player this will more than likely be the cheapest way to get the DVD (combo pack has both Blu Ray and regular DVD).

First print your coupon here use this code : 786936801811
Grab your Best Buy ad to price match.
Then go to Target and pick up your copy of the Blu Ray combo pack.
Take it with your Best Buy ad and your coupon you printed and go to Guest Services.
Have them price match it to your Best Buy ad and voila it is now only $9.99 for the 2 disc set which is a lot cheaper than buying just the regular DVD. Again which is why I recommend buying it this way (who knows even if right now you do not have a Blu Ray player who is to say that say within the next 2 to 4 years you won't?).

So you will spend $9.99 plus tax for a 2 disc set (including both the Blu Ray and regular DVD) of Alice In Wonderland (cartoon Disney version). That is a very good price!
